100 Calorie, 3 Ingredient Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1 container (6 oz.) strawberry light and fit yogurt
3 oz. Trop 50 orange juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If a thicker consistency is desired, add ice.
